All compliance services are tracked and recorded using JobLogic, our CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system. Clients receive:

· Digital service reports after each visit (within 7–10 working days)

· Access to a dedicated SharePoint folder for records

· A tailored maintenance schedule and integrated PPM calendar

· Annual internal audits before external council reviews

Yes – we carry out an annual internal audit aligned with your local authority’s requirements. We ensure your folders, documentation, and statutory testing logs are up to date ahead of external audits.

Upon contract award, you will receive:

· A compliance folder including our RAMs, accreditations, DBS checks, and service schedule

· An outlook/google-based PPM calendar

· A dedicated contact team

· Access to additional services if required (roofing, flooring, catering equipment, etc.)

Yes – our services extend beyond maintenance. We regularly deliver small refurbishments including:

· Painting & decorating

· Flooring & ceiling replacements
