What services do you offer?
Well Planned FM provides full facilities management and compliance support, including:
· Mechanical & HVAC services (boilers, AHUs, AC, F-Gas)
· Water hygiene & Legionella control (risk assessments, TMVs, sampling)
· Electrical compliance (EICRs, BMS, emergency lighting)
· Fire safety (fire alarms, extinguishers, fire doors, fire risk assessments)
· Building fabric, security, drainage, pest control, and more
We also support refurbishments, small works, and capital project delivery.
Who do you work with?
Do you provide emergency call-out services?
Yes – all of our contracted clients have access to a 24/7/365 emergency call-out facility. Our helpdesk is always available for urgent issues, and we aim to respond as quickly as possible.
How do you manage compliance and reporting?
All compliance services are tracked and recorded using JobLogic, our CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system. Clients receive:
· Digital service reports after each visit (within 7–10 working days)
· Access to a dedicated SharePoint folder for records
· A tailored maintenance schedule and integrated PPM calendar
· Annual internal audits before external council reviews
Who will manage my contract?
Every site is supported by a dedicated team, including:
· Omar El Magowry, Managing Director and Contract Lead
· Nick Everly, Lead Engineer
· Lauren Thomas, Compliance Manager
· A designated office contact for day-to-day reactive calls
This structure ensures reliable delivery and direct communication throughout the contract.
Can you support audit preparation?
Yes – we carry out an annual internal audit aligned with your local authority’s requirements. We ensure your folders, documentation, and statutory testing logs are up to date ahead of external audits.
What happens when we start a new contract with Well Planned FM?
Upon contract award, you will receive:
· A compliance folder including our RAMs, accreditations, DBS checks, and service schedule
· An outlook/google-based PPM calendar
· A dedicated contact team
· Access to additional services if required (roofing, flooring, catering equipment, etc.)
Do you carry out refurbishment and small works?
Yes – our services extend beyond maintenance. We regularly deliver small refurbishments including:
· Painting & decorating
· Flooring & ceiling replacements
· Roofing repairs
· Kitchen or WC upgrades
· Building fabric works Quotes are always provided in advance and competitively benchmarked.
