Do you offer emergency call-outs?

Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing and heating services. Our engineers respond to Priority 1 (P1) emergencies as quickly as possible.

How much do you charge for call-outs?

Our standard call-out rate is £70 for the first hour, then £45 per hour thereafter. For planned works, we can provide a fixed quote.

Do you service and repair all types of boilers?

Yes. We service and repair most domestic and commercial boilers, including leading brands like Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Baxi, and Remeha.

Can you install smart thermostats like Hive or Tado?

Absolutely. We install a range of smart heating controls including Hive, Nest, and Tado systems. We’ll always confirm compatibility with your boiler before installation.

How often should my boiler be serviced?

We recommend servicing your boiler annually to keep it running safely and efficiently, and to maintain any manufacturer warranties.

Do you carry out landlord gas safety checks?

Yes. We are Gas Safe Registered and can carry out CP12 Gas Safety Certificates, as well as full boiler servicing and system inspections.

What’s involved in a boiler service?

Our boiler service includes a full inspection, cleaning of components, flue and pressure checks, and testing for safe operation.

Do you install full bathrooms or just plumbing?

We do both. We can carry out full bathroom refurbishments, including replacing baths, basins, toilets, and showers, as well as the associated plumbing and pipework.

Can I get a quote before work begins?

Yes. For non-emergency work, we’ll either request photos or arrange a site visit to provide a detailed and transparent quote.
