In 2023, Well Plumbing & Heating and Well Water operatives undertook a comprehensive project at St John’s Primary School to address and remediate high levels of Legionella detected in their water systems. The primary goal was to eliminate Legionella risks and restore the water systems to a safe, compliant state. - Replaced two EALPHA1 pumps to improve the water flow and system efficiency.

- Performed comprehensive temperature profiling across the site before and after adjusting Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
